Early pregnancy with clotting
She is facing early pregnancy issues with clotting in her periods. She got her last periods on 22nd june. Now from last 3-4 days she is getting clotting. Neither proper bleeding is there nor it is stopped properly. What are the reasons behind this ? What should she do to avoid these issues.? Please suggest some nutritional foods for her or if there are some Ayurveda's solutions? Or there are some exercises or yoga that can be done to conceive properly and avoid these issues?
