How many weeks pregnant you are? If it is less then 12 weeks start folic acid 4mg once a day and if more than 12 weeks add iron and calcium supplements. Consult your obstetrician. There are some routine ANC investigation has to be done and obstetric USG also to be done

Hello...... Usual first trimester test include complete hemogram,  thyroid profile,  blood sugar levels, and ultrasound abdomen to determine the gestational age..  Dietitian will  give chart  on diet you have to follow that..  You can take folic acid tablet for next 12 weeks..  Consult gynaecologist in nearest hospital.
