Early pregnancy TSH 4.29mIU/ml
My wife was detected with positive pregnancy 5 weeks growth. In her blood test the TSH still remains 4.29mIU/ml. Her free T4 is 13.72 pmol/L. Anti TPO Ab is 318.1 iu/mL Why anti tpo ab is high? Why TSH is still not reduced as for a pregnant woman? Whether 5 weeks test is early? She has taken letrozole last month as suggested by a doc during LMP.
