Early pregnancy
I am 7 week pregnant and diagnosed with single intrauterine gestation of 6 weeks 3 days. CRL was measured to be 0.58 cm with no fetal cardiac activity. Please suggest???

If there s no cardiac activity chances of missed abortion are high.
However i would suggest to wait for 1 week more and repeat a scan to confirm.
If still absent cardiac activity then go for either a medical or a surgical abortion
