I've been getting periods early these months. At least a week or 10days before. N I see my hands and fingers swelling sometimes, I feel my body heavy too. Am 23years old... Should i take it serious?

Seems it's water retention may be due to some imbalance or deficiency,u need to get ur self examined for that, u may visit cliinc for that .
