I got period on 4 august that is my regular date, flow was very very bad only some liltle spots now again i am bleeding having stains on my panty what could be the reason

Hello, The bleeding in form of darkish brown spots during mid cycle is usually known as an ovulation bleed and if often common in many women nd can last for two to three days, often accompanied by mild cramps as well. Regards
