Early periods (Hormonal imbalance)
I am married(since 5 months). This month i got period in just 20 days. I have no pregnancy issue or never have taken any kind of pills. Also, from last few days i am experiencing few cystic painful pimples on face. Is it normal or worth considering.
Please help🙏

A single irregular cycle is not of much significance (if pregnancy ruled out). If your cycles get irregular in general then you need to get evaluated.

Single cycle period irregularities isn't a Matter of worry..may be due to stress .
Next Steps
if periods irregularities occur for 2-3 months , consult with Ur gyneac.

Please check your thyroid profile and go for a USG abdomen to come to a diagnosis.
