Hi,
It's not uncommon for menstrual cycles to fluctuate due to various factors, including stress, changes in diet, exercise, and hormonal influences. While the HPV vaccination can lead to temporary side effects, such as changes in menstrual patterns, it is generally considered safe and does not usually cause significant long-term changes to the menstrual cycle. A variation of a few days in your cycle is often normal and may not be a cause for concern. However, if you experience other symptoms such as excessive bleeding, severe pain, or if your cycles remain irregular over the next few months, it may be a good idea to consult a healthcare provider for further evaluation.
I think you should check this with a gynaecologist first. Stress does make your period slightly irregular but still it is important to connect with a gynaecologist for this first.
