Sir pls tell me before going to gym early morning which fruit I should not eat and what can I eat only solid. Spl reference to banana My height is 5"9 and w is 60kg

Hello...... You should do gymnasium in empty stomach.. You can have food after doing exercise.. You can have any fruit you want, there is no restrictions.. Have egg daily.. Have high protein containing food.... Have egg, meat, fish, pulses, and foods cooked using pufa (polyunsaturated fatty acid).. It's good for health. Saturated fat is not good for health.. Exercise daily in the morning.. It increases your appetite . Have more of fruits and vegetables. ..
