Feel cold on the chest every early morni
I am having this problem for long time, every early morning my idle body(chest)feels cold and nose start running, afterwards sneezing.
even the weather is not so cold.but later in the day it's perfectly fine.
any remedy for this ?

Get IgE and eosinophils levels checked.
Any history of asthma?
Does this also occur after cold bath?
Take Luke warm water gargle
Steam Inhalation
