Early Menstruation - I Have Got 3Rd Period In A Duration Of 1.5

I have got 3rd period in a duration of 1.5 month. The bleeding is like regular cycle only. First one from 3rd april-8th April. Second one from 18th April to 22nd April. Now the third one started on 7th May. Normally, I do get abdominal pain in menstruation. What can be the reason for this early period and what home remedies can be followed, given the covid situation? I have got some weakness as well, because of this frequency.
