How to know if someone has early menopause? Is there any connection between prolactine test and menopause?

Early menopause means cessation of periods before 50yrs. High prolactin levels also cause amenorrhiea/irregular menses. So, this could be mistaken as menopause

If prolactin levels are high..you will not be getting your periods regularly..needed further history to give opinion..
