Early erection&discharge
Dear Doctor,
I am a married man since 30-Nov-2013, suffering from early erection and discharge. Could you please guide how to overcome with this embarrassing moment as my wife and I are not happy with our sex life, I am done when my wife start. I used delay spray also, it helps for few more second but not satisfying still.
Please guide further.

You will need to consult a Physician to rule out all possible organic causes of premature ejaculation. You will be advised a multitude of investigations, including a penile doppler, to rule out vascular disease as a cause. Once all organic causes are ruled out, you should consult a Psychiatrist for assessment and management of premature ejaculation. Good luck.
