Hi, thanks for your interest. Premature ejaculation (unable to withstand longer in sex) is the most common male sexual problem and occurs in about 80% of men of your age. Actually premature ejaculation is NATURAL, and staying longer is A SKILL TO BE LEARNT and MASTERED, just like other skills such as swimming or driving. Staying longer in sex is possible in two ways: 1. Through medical treatment 2. Natural methods. The first consists of oral medication consisting of safe ayurvedic herbal drugs and topical ointments for external application. They will help you improve your ejaculatory latency (time it takes to ejaculate). They provide relief from the problem within a short span thus helping restore the missing pleasure and satisfaction for both partners in sexual life. However, the effect of drugs never last long, leave alone a life time. That is where the natural methods come into picture. In the natural methods of ejaculatory control we help you understand what exactly is causing premature ejaculation (PE), assist you in identifying the triggers, and then teach techniques to control ejaculation. These methods are easy and safe but take longer to learn. Once learnt they could give a lifelong benefit. The whole program may last from 4-12 weeks, depending on how fast you learn and master the techniques. Guidance will be provided as and when needed within this period to help you gain control. Consult a sex therapist. Best wishes. Dr. Poosha

This is the first and one of the very common fallout as a result of excessive masturbation / night fall - Premature Ejaculation. It  is a problem which is concerned entirely with the mind and it can be easily cured with the help of herbal formulations because medicinal herbs always acts on the system and not on the symptoms. If after erection, some watery discharge is present then it is a sign of weak muscular structure of your pelvic region due to over masturbation or nightfall which certainly leads to Premature Ejaculation because the valves in the seminal ducts are not potent enough to hold back the flow of fluid while in the process of sexual act. During act of coitus, blood flow to the penis must be sustained and regular which results in hard and long erection and also sustained blood flow ensures, there is no leakage of sperms in between which leads to a much longer duration of sexual intercourse.

U have to learn better sex. It has nothing to do with masturbation or night fall.  Its subjective problem. U need good counselling with expert. Just by taking medicine, this problem, will not resolve.
