What is Early Cataract (PSC + CC) ? Is it reversible ? Is there any way to slow or stop cataract progress ? What are the treatment options. Early Cataract has been diagnosed in my Right Eye. I have a lazy left eye. I am deeply concerned.

Cataract is a ageing procedure so it's not reversible and we cannot slow down it or stop it as we cannot stop ageing Since you are young it looks like developmental  cataract Treatment options are of cataract surgery once it progress

Cataract condition is not reversible .. early stages of cataract can be corrected with glasses as cataract progresses should undergo surgery … at your age development of cataract is unlikely … are you using any eye drops or have any systemic problems
