EARLY 20s Baldness
I am a 20 year old guy and is suffering from a very bad problem of hair loss. Its been now from 02 years when I first observed and now  only a patch of hair are left in front with the quality of hair also not very good and ate very thin.. Some are like half grey and half black.. Earlier before my hair loss started my hairs were very badly grey and i didn't do much for that.i dont think I have genetic issues since my father and grandfather both have reasonably good hair as per their age.. i also have an irregular sleep  cycle and a lot of screen time (around 60% of my day)Last year I tried to address problem naturally my applying yogurt, honey, coconut oil, lemon , multani mitti etc., but nothing worked though in winters it looked hair fall has ended but somehow hair line was and is getting reduced , my barber earlier told me that I also had a lot of dandruff and it was also the reason and since March this year i dont feel any dandruff. can my lost hair be recovered?
