His ear drum is closed with 3/4 of ear wax/dust.
Can we remove by ourselves by using ear buds?
How to remove it ? Any procedure is there?

You can instil wax removal drops but don’t use earbud or don’t try to insert anything. It will come out by drops if not consult ENT surgeon, they will remove wax
