My son is 2.7 years old.
His ear drum is closed with 3/4 of ear wax/dust.
Can we remove by ourselves by using ear buds?

Wax is a protective thing. No need to remove it periodically unless its creating hearing or other problems. Using ear buds in children is not recommended. If severe problem arises meet an ENT specialist to remove it medically...
