My kid complained of tooth ache and one of my friend said it could be because of ear wax so as i cheched the ear one of the ear is filled with wax

Tooth ache can refer to ear causing ear pain known as referred otalgia . But wax causing tooth ache is not possible. It is unlikely that both the conditions are related. Consult dentist for teeth ache and if required consult nearby ENT specialist for wax removal
