Ear Wax blocking earway
Hello, I currently have a blocked right ear because of some wax buildup. I have Sodium Chloride Injection 0.9% little contained packages next to me. However i don't know if this is the right drops to use. The description of the drops reads: Sodium Chloride Injection 0.9% is a sterile isotonic solution of sodium chloride in Water for Injections, pH 4.5 - 7.0, containing no preservatives (normal saline). Is this safe to use?

Whenever there is impacted wax inside your ear canal it needs to be softened before removal either by suctioning or syringing. Saline drops are sometimes used to soften the wax. It is uncommon to use saline but it won't do any harm if used. After usage of drops you should consult a specialist
Next Steps
Consult nearby ENT specialist for confirmation of diagnosis and appropriate treatment if required
