  4. Ear sounds. Click sound when i swallow!

I am hearing a click sound in my both the ears for last 2 months everyone saying it's because of cold but I took the treatment for cold but still I didn't get rid of the sound in my ears but there is no pain I am hearing a only click sound when I swallow

It could be tinnitus.plz get ur hearing test done by audiologist
