Ear problem
My brother has a hole on his right ear drum he hear sounds clearly but in a low tone. I have been taking the medicine named Nutramore tablet and azeflo nasal spray since 1 year as consulted by the doctor. Please provide any better treatment (not surgery) or medicine that heals a hole on ear drum.

Most perforated eardrums heal without treatment within a few weeks. Your doctor may prescribe antibiotic drops if there's evidence of infection. If the tear or hole in your eardrum doesn't heal by itself, treatment will involve procedures to close the perforation. These may include: Eardrum patch. If the tear or hole in your eardrum doesn't close on its own, an ENT specialist may seal it with a patch... If a patch doesn't result in proper healing then surgery is indicated...
