I have tympanoplasty 3 weeks ago and the ringing sound comes in my ear how much time it generaly takes to completely remove

After tympanoplasty it is normal to have blocked sensation sometimes associated with ringing sensation even for upto 3 months. Significant improvement usually occurs within 3 months.
