I have been having a whistling sound in my right from past 5-6 days and the ear is blocked as well

You seem to be suffering from acute rhinitis with eustachian tube dysfunction which usually occurs because of viral infection. You may need to take anti cold medicines and decongestant nasal drops for few days for faster recovery
