How long I have to use( mometasone ) nasal spray for my daughter? Can we have image of this nasal spray? Is it for any kind of ear pain or ear infection or only for adenoid? what is adenoids? Flonase nasal spray has steroids.

If the child is having persistent problems or has to be treated promptly or might result in tympanic membrane perforation. If adenoids are causing obstructive symptoms spray if efficient for short term relief permanent cure will be surgery.

Mometasone and flonase ( fluticasone) both are steroids but mometasone is safe in children . You can use it for 1 -1.5 months .. it's help in adenoiditis due to which further complications ( if occurs) to ear (glue ear/ome) will also reduce to some extent.
