How long I have to use( mometasone ) nasal spray for my daughter? Can we have image of this nasal spray? Is it for any kind of ear pain or ear infection or only for adenoid?

Mometasone and flonase ( fluticasone) both are steroids but mometasone is safe in children . You can use it for 1 -1.5 months .. it's help in adenoiditis due to which further complications ( if occurs) to ear (glue ear/ome) will also reduce to some extent.
