Due to ear wax pressure there is pain in ear
Is there any medicine in homeopathy to remove ear wax , it creates infection if the wax not removed, i visits ent specialist many times but it creates wax again after few months

You are taking wrong treatment.
You have to take treatment to stop excessive formation of ear wax.
There is no medicine to remove ear wax.
They just soften the ear wax and then it has to be removed mechanically.
Consult and take proper homeopathic treatment to cure it
