  4. Ear infection. Some medicine for this!

Hello doctor I have got some infection inside my ear. Now i'm suffering from severe pain inside my ear.2 days before while cleaning the ear wax I get some wound in my ear and now it's get infected. Can you suggest me some medicine for this
