Hello doctor mam/sir i got my left side wisdom tooth removed 4 months ago and after 3 to 5 days i got a fluttering like sensation like threre is a bee in my left ear..This fluttering like sensation happeing after i hear any high freq sounds or i talk or any metal things cling.I went to ent and he said there is no problem in my ear.He checked my tmj joint and gave me exercise abd told me to do hot fomentation.Please help

This is tinnitus. Meaning hearing sounds which are normally not there. Generally happens after getting exposed to loud sounds, using ear phones and also post some long term treatment ( drug induced) A detailed history is required to know the cause
