Hey 5 days before my left ear drum is ruptured My question is how much chances is there to repair my eardrum naturally if possible if not what can I do I don't want surgery how much chances they recover from naturally or through medicines???

If your ear drum got perforated by trauma then usually it will heal within three weeks. If it was acute infection such as acute otitis media causing perforation of ear drum then healing will occur within a week. Usually both of these conditions do not require surgery. You need to keep your ear dry.
