Ear crackling
Left ear crackling while talking yawning no pain but ent said eustachian tube blockage n gave me nasal spray and no cold tablet for a week but know its been l month not curing its irritate me while i m talking only what to do

If your eustachian tube dysfunction is not responding to treatment then you should undergo audiology tests to confirm the diagnosis. Then appropriate treatment can be started including steroid nasal sprays
