Ear blockage due to wax

It's like feeling echo when we speak and I'm not hearing clearly because of ear block. Please suggest me on this and let me know problem is critical.

You might be suffering from eustachian tube obstruction or Cerumen (wax) in your ear canal. First Condition usually resolves on its own or may need anti cold medicines for few days. If it's Cerumen you may need to get it removed
