Ear and headache
For the last 3 months I have been feeling ear pressure and headache, before  one week the doctor prescribed me cefuroxime 500 mg for 5 days and clarithromycin 250 mg  bd 15 days , cefuroxime have completed now clarithromycin and loratidine is continue , I am observing that after antibiotics course again ear pressure feels , I am also feeling very severe headache with location changes , blurred vision, I have taken 3- 4 time antibiotics therapy, ct PNS showing inflammation in PNS , Impedance audiometry Pure tone audiometry 100%fine Fluticason fluorate can trigger headache

Cbc, crp blood test. Fluticazone nasal spray you can continue for 15days. Drink plenty of water
