Ear ache from three days

Asked for Male, 18 Years

Im having ear ache since three days,in detail while bath some water stuck in my ear.i shaked my ear with my fore-finer repeatively and that something nerve i think stuck,from that time iam having ear ache and i cant hear.my own sound is echoing in my ear.plz give me a solution.
