Am I in ovulatory phase on 16th day of getting my period over what should be the e2 levels at this time

At the time of ovulation we do not test eatrogen levels routinely. We do test in IVF cycles. The levels should be 250-300 pg/ ml /follicle . Level correlation is with number of follicles growing in transvaginal scan
