Dyspnea, fatigue 11 months post COVID
COVID +ve Jun 2020 (only symptom dyspnea). Hospitalized for 9 days. No external O2 required. Dyspnea continued. CBC, ESR, LDH, LFT, PFT, electrolytes, urinalysis, ECG, vit D, vit B12, chest CT, echo - normal in Jul/Aug 2020. Onset of severe leg pain in Aug 2020. Onset of orthopnea. Angiogram - no cardiac issues. CBC, ESR, LDH, LFT, electrolytes, D-dimer, ECG, echo, HR chest CT, PFT (pre and post) - normal Aug 2020. RT-PCR negative x2. Onset of arm and neck pain Sep 2020. CT thorax normal. Severe fatigue. Feb 2021 - CBC, ESR, CRP, CPK, LDH, RA factor, uric acid, ECG, HR CT chest, EMG/NCS, serum cortisol - normal. COVID antibodies negative. On Deltone (GERD), Telma AM 40 (HT), Montek LC (rhinitis/sinusitis). Still having mild dyspnea at rest, increases with any activity. Unable to walk/stand for more than few mins.
