Dysmenorrhea
I usually face problems during my menstural time with nausea and stomach pain Have gone through check up and doctors said it's secondary dysmenorrhea and have started taking treatment have been normal for a month but this time blood flow seems to b high with heavy clots What would b my problem lying

Avoid taking spicy and salty food near ur period days. This helps in reducing pelvic congestion and hence pain . U can continue to take pain killers but don't go overboard with them.

Hello there....., I can understand your concern.... you could try applying either a heat pad or a hot water bottle to reduce pain......taking a bath or shower can help to relieve your pain, while also helping you to relax.... light circular massage around your lower abdomen may help to reduce pain......relaxation techniques – you might want to try a relaxing activity, such as yoga....avoid fatty foods and smoking....
