I am unable to read and memorize whatever I I'm told tgis has affected my academic life this is happening since my childhood does this mean that i have dyslexia

A detailed evaluation needs to be done to diagnose/ rule out dyslexia or any other disorder.  Please consult a Psychiatrist for the same.
