I was suffering from dysentery doctor prescribed me to take o2 and vizylac and pantocid dsr for 5 days after 5 days dosage I still get 2 bowel movements per day (not hard) and then I got cough and fever99.6 for 2 days Feeling tired and heaviness in stomach

If fever is there we need to change antibiotics. Also add some tablets. Seems inflammatory diarrhoea
