Hello Doctor I m 5 month of pregnant I had lag cramps foot cramps so is it safe to take nurokind gold sachet during pregnancy ?

Hi, yes its OK, but I always advice to keep ur Gynac in a loop n always let doctor know what r u taking n for what reason. So I will suggest take advise of ur Gynac.
