Duration between feeds at night for 3 mo
I have a 3 month old son whom I exclusively breastfeed. Recently he has begun sleeping through the night for around 10-12 hours straight going without feeds for 6-8 hours at a stretch. I am confused as to whether I should let this continue or if I should wake him every 3-4 hours to feed him. I'm worried that the lesser number of feeds will affect my milk supply. Please advise.
