Dull skin since I started using tret

I've been using tretinoin 0.05% since last one year. Since then my face has started looking dull and tanned for some reason. I wear sunscreen everyday. Can I use Biluma or Kojivit Plus with tretinoin? Like Biluma in the day and tretinoin at night?
