Dull pain - left side of the chest
I am 23. I have been experiencing a dull pain under the last/second-last rib, on the left side of my chest, 2-3 inches below my left nipple. The pain is dull and is experienced only during deep breaths or if i try to stretch myself back while pushing my chest outwards. Its been 1-2 days since i've noticed this pain. Want to find out if this is alarming ?
History:
1. Never experienced such a pain before
2. Have a family history of BP/ Heart Attack (Grandfather+Father)
3. Have been smoking tobacco for past 3yrs

Take some painkiller and musclerelaxents as of nw, do a chest xray to rule out other causes.
