Dull pain in stomach above belly button
She complains of pain, came to know that goes to school Med room occasionally and have pudin hara. Stool is normal, what can b the reason? It's a classic symptom of amoebiasis to have pain and go for a motion after eating.
You can give a SINGLE dose of tab secnil forte at a dose of 30mg/kg.
Also,add Econorm satchet 1 satchet thrice a day for 5 days.
It's also important to maintain hygiene in diet,avoid outside food and take care of your drinking water.
