Dull pain in left testicle

Asked for Male, 20 Years

I am having this dull pain in my left testicle for quite some time. The pain sometimes increases upon wearing tight underwear for. Scrotal support. My Scrotal USG is normal. I have attached it here. Can you tell me why I have this pain and when will it go away
