  4. Dull pain in left side of teeth and ear.

Dull pain in left side of teeth and ear
I am having dull pain in left side of teeth, ear , jaw and left side of eye feels dry and when to turn my head right side my trapezius muscle on left pains and also I have some swollen lymph nodes in neck and my uvula have a ulcer kind of projection. Are these symptoms of anything serious?

as discussed before. we need to first start conservative. if it does not subside...need to do fnac of lymph node and biopsy
