Dull pain and itching
1. On Feb 2022 , i had a ulceration at region teeth 28 ( medial to teeth 28 near apex of palatal root ) . Slowly ulcer healed and a redness remained there with slight elavated and itchiness.
2. Teeth 28 started hurting my retromolar region so on dentist advice i removed that .
3. After extraction teeth 28 region still causing dull pain .
Now my complaints are
That soft tissue lesion irritation, itchiness , dull pain in region of teeth 28 .
I studied alot of dental and oral literature as dentist not able to say what causing this
I asked them to do soft tissue microscopic examination i.e. biopsy they just prescribed me kenacort and vitamins. I asked them is there any bone fracture , is there any periodontal issue , is any nerve issue etc dental college failed to answer .Even i asked them if the lesion causing pain than can we go for surgical procedure , should i do a CT ,MRI or Biopsy !! Dentist and surgeons only prescribed SM FIBRO , JICOVIT LQ10 , PAIN KILLER , KENACORT , TESS etc

Since at the area of 28,there is previous history of ulceration,cause of ulcers and check whether ulcer present on any other site of mouth.also check whether there is pus/blood within ulcer..take vitamin becosules once a day for 30 days.

Let's start from the beginning.
When you said you're ulcer healed on its own, did you take any medicated ointments or mouthwash or home remedies ?
Next pre-extraction radiographs are usually taken in cases of swelling or redness, if possible share that too
Now please tell if you are a smoker or take any alcoholic beverages? If yes, did you take those during the 1st week after extraction?
Please check if the extraction socket is healed?
Check if your lower molar is hitting the extraction site
Your case might be a combination of various factors, it has to be evaluated and treated accordingly
