Dull constant headache and blackout
I have dull constant headache on top of my head(center of the head), its band like tight grip. Head feels heavy.20 days ago pain was unbearable i took combiflam for 4 days after that dull pain persists till date. When i bend down to pick up things and get back to erect position i feel dizzy and black out for few seconds. My bp is 90/64,sleep deprived, work on laptop for 6 hours a day, non-diabetic, I don't skip meals.please suggest.
