Dull and liver spots on skin
Can I use hydroquinone for a few days and then move to kojic cream for maintenance...can it have any side effects doing so coz I have stubborn sunspots on my skin and chemical peeling hasn't done any good to my skin...I have done five chemical peel at the dermatologist office without any satisfactory results...

Yes, hydroquinone 2% is safe to use for a short period of about 6 weeks and shift to kojic acid based creams as you have mentioned. Please use sunscreens along with the above mentioned regimen to get the best of the results.
