I have been feeling this dull ache on the left side of my chest. It is not really pain but discomfort. I was hypertensive and currently am under treatment i take ciplar 10mg double dose. My bp today was 110/80. My doctor suggested me to do doppler which turned out to be normal. What can be causing this pain or discomfort. Is there something to be worried?

Get your ambulatory BP done for 24 hours reading of blood pressure after stoking ciplar to reconfirm that you are hypertensive.
