Due to hair loss issue
Actually I am using minoxidil and multivitamin tablets and dermaroller from 4 months is it ok to stop multivitamin tablets and only continue minoxidil and dermaroller after stopping multivitamin tablets it will cause or hairfall again or it will not

This is not going to be a life threatening issue. You can definitely take that much of a chance.
Please Stop using multivitamin tablet and see for yourself. If you are happy then continue with Minoxidil only.
Or else you can restart multivitamin.
