Dryness,thick white discharge, not thrus

Asked for Female, 32 Years

I have cervical ectropian, endometriosis,trigonitis and feel severely dehydrated as I have pots.im unsure why I get thick white discharge and I am so sore.i get thrush and bv now and then but get discharge that constantly looks like thrush.im wondering if it could be sjorgens syndrome as I have very very dry skin, dry sore eyes,sore salivary glands
